Caius represents our clients in both civil and criminal litigation, including arbitration. Caius has been involved in numerous cases before Finnish courts and arbitral tribunals (ICC, FAI). In addition to civil and criminal litigation, Caius also has extensive experience in business law and advises clients on e.g. corporate and commercial law matters. In addition to advising clients on general business law matters, Caius has also represented several Finnish companies during initial public offerings (both Nasdaq Helsinki main list and First North) as well as list transfers. Additionally, Caius has been involved in several squeeze-out proceedings in accordance with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, acting both as counsel for the redeemer as well as an appointed special representative for the minority shareholders in arbitration proceedings.
During his career, Caius has worked at several major Finnish law firms, in addition to which he has also undergone court training at the District Court of Helsinki and worked as a lawyer at a major industrial corporation.

Caius is currently a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s mediation committee and is also a Finnish Bar Association approved mediator registered in the Mediator Register.
