Anton is specialized in family and inheritance law, corporate law as well as tax law. Anton is the head of WLH Private, within the framework of which he handles demanding assignments related to wealth and asset management, such as inheritance planning, estate distribution, corporate restructuring, change-of-generation matters, tax matters for individuals and companies, real estate matters, and related disputes.
Anton also advises companies and foundations on governance and compliance related matters. His experience covers legal, fiscal and tax matters of foundations and other non-profit associations. Clients praise Anton for his solution-focused approach as well as his clear communication.
Anton is currently a member of the Finnish Bar Association’s family law legal expert team.
